Cancellation Policy

*please note that if your deposit is not paid within 24 hours, your appointment will be automatically canceled. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled you will lose your deposit and you will be asked to leave another one if wish to reschedule. If you no show for your appointment you will lose your deposit and be asked to leave 50% of your service cost before we can book another appointment for you. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. we respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment to avoid the 50% Cancellation policy.
